Overview
This Privacy Policy explains the information KireiScope may receive when you visit kireiscope.com, contact us, or follow a link to another service. It reflects the site configuration verified on August 22, 2026. We will update it before adding materially different collection tools such as a newsletter, advertising platform, public comment system, analytics service, or contact form.
Information you choose to provide
The current Contact page provides an email address rather than a web form. If you email KireiScope, your email provider and Proton Mail process the address, message, attachments, and technical delivery information needed to send and receive the message. Please do not send sensitive personal or medical information.
Information generated when you visit
Like most websites, KireiScope’s web host and security tools may create technical logs needed to deliver and protect the site. Those records may include an IP address, browser or device information, requested page, referring page, date and time, and security events. We use this information for site operation, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and security.
WordPress and site-performance or security tools may use cookies or similar browser storage when needed for site operation, security, caching, or administrator login. The public site did not contain a KireiScope newsletter form, advertising script, or Google Analytics tag when this policy was updated. If that changes, this policy and any required consent controls must be updated before the new tool is activated.
Affiliate and external links
KireiScope uses affiliate links, including Amazon Associates links. When you follow an affiliate or other external link, the destination service receives the normal information associated with a web request and may use its own cookies, identifiers, or tracking parameters under its privacy policy. KireiScope may receive aggregated reporting about attributed clicks, orders, or commissions; the retailer controls the data it independently collects from you.
External websites are governed by their own privacy notices and security practices. Review those notices before providing personal information or completing a purchase.
How information is used
KireiScope may use the limited information described above to:
- deliver, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the website;
- respond to messages and correction requests;
- prevent fraud, spam, and abuse;
- maintain affiliate attribution and evaluate aggregated commercial performance; and
- comply with legal obligations or enforce site rights.
KireiScope does not currently send marketing email and does not use website visitors’ information to make medical or other sensitive decisions.
Retention and protection
Technical logs and correspondence are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, legal requirements, security, and recordkeeping. KireiScope uses HTTPS, restricted administrative access, managed hosting, and security tooling, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can choose not to email KireiScope, leave the site before following an external link, and control cookies through your browser. Depending on where you live and the information KireiScope holds, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion. To make a privacy request, email kireiscope@protonmail.com and describe the request. We may need to verify that the request concerns you before acting.
Children’s privacy
KireiScope is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent personal information to KireiScope, contact us so it can be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.
Changes to this policy
